America In Trouble
A local veteran named Ski Ingram recently authored an article that was published in a local newspaper for seniors. Quoting Mr. Ingram, he wrote “The Preamble to our Constitution tells us the purpose of our Constitution is “to form a more perfect Union.” It goes on to list five principles to help ensure that America becomes a “perfect Union.” They are (1) establish justice, (2) ensure domestic tranquility, (3) provide for the common defense, (4) promote the general welfare, and (5) secure the blessings of liberty for all.” He goes on to explain that many; from our founding fathers to the men and women of today, have risked and often give everything for our freedom, YOUR FREEDOM and mine. He like me is concerned that our freedoms are being eroded at a rapid rate. I could not agree more! We can see it every day and if you care about being free it is really frightening to watch.
I have been very concerned for a long time. You my fellow citizen are on a path to lose all your freedoms, not just those already taken. You and your children or theirs are on a path to become slaves to a socialistic dictator at some future time. Can you even imagine the following event as described by Mr. Ingram,
“You know something is amiss when parents who are attending School Board meetings are arrested by the police and labeled as domestic terrorists for trying to understand what is being taught to their children in school.” That us is happening in the USA right now.
“First, they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionist, and I did not speak out -- because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out -- because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.” Martin Niemoller -- Mr. Niemoller spent 7 years in a Nazi prison camp because he simply did not agree with Hitler and spoke out about it.
America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold. Its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine those three areas, America will collapse form within.” Joseph Stalin - An evil man that murdered millions of his own people, but he was, and still is, correct.
Our two-party has become corrupted. One, seems to be only interested in money and the bottom line and the other, seems to be either interested only in power or even maybe the destruction of this great land. I have concluded that the only answer is to vote for America and NOT for any party. I would like to invite you to join me in doing just that. Look carefully at all candidates and decide on which is best to keep America Free.
Let us not listen to what they might say they will do for us, --- Let’s tell them what they will do for us, or we will find someone who will. Let’s get rid of career politicians milking the system year after year. Let’s get term limits installed. Make sure the constitution and bill of rights are followed as written. Let’s make sure elections are honest. Let’s make sure the courts Interpret the law and not write the law. Let’s get the government back to THE PEOPLE. Let us do all that and more by getting 10 people to agree with us, then have them get their own 10, and on from there, let’s keep getting all the groups of 10 possible and we may be able to save this great land. We are closer to losing it than you might imagine. Please, remember that “A government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have.” Thomas Jefferson and REMEMBER “The government has no money, only what it takes from us – THE PEOPLE.” Make sure they spend it wisely.
I want to see a tidal wave of people working to save this country from becoming the communistic dictatorship is headed for. And I think we can do it 10 people at a time.

It is frightening to see the comparison to the takeover in other nations and now ours, I can easily see America becoming a communist regime unless it is stopped; and it is up to us, the people of this country, to fix it or pay the price for doing nothing.

America's Greatest Threat: Ourselves
The United States of America, this great nation, your nation, and my nation, is facing its most significant threat yet - and the threat comes from within. We are under attack, and the danger is genuine, powerful, and increasing every day. The biggest threat to America's future is ourselves.
A Nation Destroying Itself
Abraham Lincoln warned, "America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." James Madison also agreed, saying, "I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations."
A Deteriorating Society
The signs of decay are everywhere around us. Morality, honesty, and integrity are no longer valued, much less admired. Political correctness has become the norm, severely restricting our freedom of expression. Drug abuse is rampant, destroying the lives of our youth and our future.
Attacking the Family
Our families are under constant attack, with fathers absent from many homes. Almost 40% of children are born out of wedlock, rising to a staggering 75% among black children. Fewer and fewer families eat together, play together, and even sleep together. Profanity is commonplace, even in our homes.
Media, Films, and Music
The media, films, and music are degrading, violent, explicit, and vulgar in most cases. They often seek ratings, regardless of the negative impact on society. Pornography has become an epidemic, further eroding the moral fiber of our nation.
Losing Sight of Our Values
The idea of marriage, a sacred ordinance between a man and a woman, is ridiculed and frequently attacked. Gangs control many of our neighborhoods, bringing drugs, violence, and death. We have lost sight of our values, our patriotism, our morality, and our spiritual life.
An Enemy Within
Our enemy is not an external force but ourselves. As Thomas Sowell alluded to in an article, "Threats and violence were the way the Nazis came to power in Germany. Freedom is not free. If you can't be bothered to vote against storm-trooper tactics - regardless of who engages in them or over what issues - then you can forfeit your freedom." Joseph Stalin knew how to undermine a nation years ago when he said, "If we can undermine America's patriotism, morality, and spiritual life, the country will collapse from within."
The Slow Erosion of Freedom
Nikita Khrushchev, the former Soviet Premier, predicted that "We can't expect the American people to jump from capitalism to communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of socialism until one day they will awaken to find they have communism." He knew that the gradual erosion of freedom could lead to America's downfall.
America, it's time to wake up and realize the greatest threat to our nation's future is ourselves. We must take action to preserve our values, our freedom, and our way of life before it's too late.

The Urgent Need for Action
The danger is clear, and the need for action is urgent. We cannot sit back and watch our nation destroy itself from within. We must act now to protect our values and our way of life. We must rekindle our sense of patriotism and pride in our country.
Restoring Morality and Integrity
We need to restore morality, honesty, and integrity to our social makeup. We must value these qualities and hold them in high esteem. We need to speak out against political correctness and demand our freedom of expression back. We must take action against drug abuse, and we must provide support and help to those who need it.
Strengthening the Family Unit
We must strengthen the family unit, the foundation of our society. We must promote marriage and family values, and we must support fathers' role in the family. We must encourage families to eat together, play together, and spend time together. We must instill a sense of respect for one another and teach our children the importance of good manners and common decency.
Combating Negative Influences
We must combat the negative influences of media, films, and music. We must demand that the media stop promoting violence, explicit content, and vulgarity. We must take action against pornography and other forms of sexual exploitation.
Rediscovering Our Values
We must rediscover our values and hold them close to our hearts. We must recognize the importance of patriotism, morality, and spiritual life. We must stand up against gangs and drug dealers and reclaim our neighborhoods.
Protecting Our Freedom
We must never forget the importance of freedom. We must vote against any attempts to undermine our freedom and our democracy. We must hold our elected leaders accountable and demand that they protect our freedoms and our way of life.
Conclusion
The greatest threat to America's future is ourselves, but it's not too late to take action. We can restore our nation's values, rebuild our families, combat negative influences, rediscover our patriotism, and protect our freedom. We must act now before it's too late. Let us unite and work together to preserve the land of the free and the home of the brave.
